A Chef is required to join a 37m private S/Y. This position will start towards the end of February/early March 2020. You will need to have previous experience cooking on a sailing yacht and have good provisioning experience as the plan is for yacht to go around the world. This summer will be spent in the Mediterranean and then the yacht will go to the Caribbean for the winter and on through the Panama Canal to the Pacific. You will need to have a good range of cooking skills and be able to easily adapt menus if some provisions are limited. The galley has just had a full refit and you will need to do a total restock and organise all the galley equipment, dry stores, fridges and freezers.
