A sole chef is required to join a 40m private S/Y in May. Previous sailing experience with good proven longevity is required. The Owner and guests prefer Mediterranean style cuisine, especially Italian influenced menus, and the food should be well presented, using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. You will need to be organised, confident and have a high standard of galley hygiene. There will be a total of 6 guests onboard and 6 crew. A good salary package is being offered and this is a permanent position. Female applicants only due to cabin arrangements.
