An experienced Chef is required to join a 34m private/charter M/Y. The position is to start immediately and the boat is currently in Spain getting ready for the start of the season. The boat was delivered earlier this year and there has been great charter interest. This role will suit a person who has worked on a similar sized or smaller boat and who has good provisioning experience in the Mediterranean. You should be able to produce well balanced and varied menus and well presented food using seasonal ingredients and you will need to cater for different dietary requirements if requested by charter guests. You must be organised and work efficiently, and have a high standard of galley hygiene. Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
