A busy 60m+ private M/Y is looking for a sous chef to join ASAP. The boat is currently in the shipyard and will be going to the Caribbean early in 2018, it will then return to the Mediterranean for the summer season. This will be a great opportunity for a chef who wants to learn from an experienced Head Chef and who enjoys working as a team. Candidates will need to be organised, energetic and should have good provisioning experience. Previous hotel or restaurant experience would be preferred or yacht experience on a similar sized boat.
