Global Crew Services aim to provide both Candidates and Clients with an efficient, honest and professional service. Should you have a complaint or grievance relating to our conduct during the recruitment process please write to Zoe Benson at Global Crew Services SL, Edificio Global, Oficina 10, Espigon Exterior, Muelle Viejo, 07012, Palma de Mallorca, Spain or by email to outlining your concerns.


You will be sent a letter or email acknowledging your complaint and confirming its receipt. Your complaint will be documented and an investigation started on your behalf. We aim to acknowledge, investigate and resolve all complaints within 21 working days of receipt and, if appropriate, offer an apology.


Global Crew Services is not responsible for any damages resulting from the actions taken by us, or a competent authority, to resolve the complaint.

Global Crew Services SL reserves the right to change or amend our complaints procedure
