We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure and make certain that our database provider and website hosting companies are following the same procedures. Our secure website is encrypted and has an SSL certificate, and the data is held in a cloud-based server and the data centre is within the EEA. Any breaches of data will be reported immediately.

How long will your data be stored for?

Your data will be stored for as long as needed in order to provide a service to you. If you have not accessed your profile and there has been no two-way correspondence for more than three years, a reminder email will be sent and your details will be archived. If there is no reply your details will be deleted. If you have been placed by us your data will be held for five years.

Controlling your personal information

You may choose to subscribe to the job alert service and for marketing emails by indicating the appropriate boxes on your profile, you can unsubscribe at any time. We will only send your personal information to a third party who is a potential employer or employee for recruiting purposes when we have received your permission or if we are required by law to do so.

Your rights

You can access your personal profile and view your personal data at any time via the website. You also have the right to request details of your personal data and you also have the right to request that your data is deleted.
